  • How It Works

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll begin by getting to know you, your story, and what support looks like for you. From your first consultation to ongoing sessions, our work is guided by collaboration, safety, and a belief in your capacity to heal.

1

Get in touch.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. Whether you’re feeling uncertain, hopeful, or somewhere in between, we’re here to listen. When you're ready, we’ll walk alongside you as you explore what support could look like.
